At Glamour Girl, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, we're here to help. Please read our return policy below for details on how to initiate a return.

1. Returns Eligibility:

  • We accept returns within 28 days of the date of purchase.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

  • For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel and accessories such as Bodysuits, earrings are not eligible for return.

2. How to Initiate a Return:

  • Contact our customer service team at info@theglamourgirl.co.uk to request a return authorization within 7 days of your purchase.

  • Clearly state your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

3. Return Process:

  • Once your return is authorized, Pack the items securely in the original packaging, and affix the shipping label to the package.

  • Drop off the package at the designated shipping carrier.

4. Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

5. Exchanges:

  • At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.
